We are back at FORT HAMILTON DISTILLERY THIS THURSDAY (not Friday) SEPTEMBER 28th! And again we have a slightly earlier start time of 430pm. The distillery is located inside INDUSTRY CITY SUNSET PARK BROOKLYN.
The plan is the same as usual, we are pre-selling some of the Onion Burgs with 4 hours of PICKUP TIME SLOTS, AND MAKING HUNDREDS of BURGERS available for purchase ON SITE! (there will be MORE BURGERS AVAILBLE ON-SITE, less available as presales). We have also removed the 6:15 and 7:45 slots as a way to catch up as a result of 'unforseen circumstances' LOL.
Please don't be late for the slot you've purchased. We are usually right on time and you don't want your burgs sitting around getting cold. The pre-sale for these events tend to sell out in under 24hrs so your best bet is to purchase here, or take a chance on availability on-site. The pickup address and your time slot will be on the ticket. PRO TIP: walk-ups will likely sell out BEFORE 7:00pm, but we may also release more burgers at 8PM....remember: early bird gets the burg.
We will be cooking FRIED ONION CHEESEBURGS at FORT HAMILTON DISTILLERY and there will be self-serve napkins and pickles. You are encouraged to use the seating in the FORT HAMILTON TASTING ROOM and have a few cocktails. Alex, Amy and the team will have plenty of their amazing FORT HAMILTON RYE on hand for cocktails and sipping, and will be offering drink specials, beer, wine and a GOOD TIME.
